Today I had an appointment with the dreaded hygienist - I survived although yet again I felt like I've been in the boxing ring!
In the evening, Karen, Charley and her friend Caroline came over to celebrate Charley's birthday as they really like our local Chinese takeaway. Chris also came over so we got a chance to photograph Chris and Karen together which does not happen often.
