I had a break from IT today as Chris's girlfriend Monika is going to be moving in with him and he needed to borrow some boxes from our garage so she can pack up her things. Colin managed to dig out 10 boxes all of which were very dusty as well as containing some dead spiders and woodlice which I didn't think Monika would particularly appreciate! I washed and them all to remove this and the dust and they have never looked so clean.
We drove over to Chris’s house in Chertsey and realised that we had not been there since at least October last year so we stayed for a cup of tea and to say hello to Branston the dog before heading back home. We drove through horrendous rain on the M3 but stopped to stock up on supplies at Sainsbury's at St Clares. This is the edge of the massive raincloud that had generated the cloudburst a few minutes earlier.
