OK - so this will win the award for the most boring photo posted for the 22nd of October!!
But... look at the reading - 00000. After decades of striving to read the old dial meter and a number of mis-readings causing unexpected bills, we have had a new digital meter fitted. The engineers turned up on time and managed the task in less than 15-minutes. It was a bit intimidating seeing him don a large welders mask and insulated gauntlets but apparently this is the protective clothing capable of withstanding against hundreds of volts of electricity. The only downside is it is now very clear how quickly the units mount up, I am now constantly turning off lights!
