The Magical Blue Light

My friend sent me this SAD light to use, since our weather here is so gray and dreary for such long periods. I'm so very grateful to her.

I think I would need one of those if I lived in a less sunny climate. I didn't realise the light was blue. I hope it works for you, and elevates your mood (I think that is what is does?)

I have this exact same light, and I will agree with Erika, it works wonders. I have strong SAD, and I would be totally out to lunch without this little magic light!
