Went to a Racing v Independiente futbol game today. Talk about an experience. Racing and Independiente have stadiums about 100 feet from each other. The rivalry is intense. I was told multiple times it was dangerous. There were police everywhere. They literally don't let fans from the opposing teams sit by each other because they are afraid of the fights. The crowd was ridiculous. They thros paper and balloons all over the field. The players play through all of the trash, no bother. Racing also has the biggest flag in the world. It wrapped halfway around the stadium. Oh, there is also a moat built around the field so that fan's can't cross. Like I said, intense. But so much fun.
