One has to have a keen eye and nimble fingers to manage the precision of all the angles and corners . The simplicity of the straight lines in the patchwork is beautifully combined with the intricate floral design hand sewn ( or is it machine work !)
@essiesue We love the art of the Amish!! We need a new dining room set. Would love to have a large dining room table and chairs made by them. Ii have a cousin in Indiana who does. Absolutely gorgeous.
It was made by a local Amish woman and is available at a local quilt auction this weekend.
We remodeled our kitchen this past year and we had them make our cabinets and kitchen island. Their work is top notch!
