.........but we don't like the candy clean-up when it's over. This year the annual car Cruiz-In cruised alongside our home. The photo is of our neighbor, Bill, sweeping all the candy that was thrown his way.

It seems like most of our parades (no, all of them!) have people on the floats throwing candy to the children. I have no idea when this began but I would be all for not allowing it. I agree, Pat, that it is a strange thing and not a positive thing.
