Downtown hosted a holiday festival featuring a chili cook-off, musicians, a cake-walk, and many games for children. Santa Cluas even took a day off from the North Pole to join in the fun. The toilet bowl toss was new to me. The kids tossed toilet paper rolls into the toilet.
