For the Album Cover Challenge.
You might not know Botanical Gardens yet, as the duo band was only created at the end of 2017, after the two founders had first met during a summer concert in Birmingham Botanical Gardens. “People interested in you” is their first album together, and they got it financed through crowfunding from friends and relatives. The album is full of references to love, childhood memories and family support, and it is dedicated to the father of the lead singer who died early last year. The album has got the 2018 Simon and Gartfunkel Award.
The name of the band is made from the title of the first random article I picked in Wikipedia : the Botanical Gardens of the Causses (France).
The title of the album is the last four words of my first random quote pick : “You can make more friends in two months by becoming more interested in other people than you can in two years when trying to get other people interested in you” (Dale Carnegie)
As an additional twist, I made a B&W cover in order to stick to the Flash of Red Challenge.
