This is the large yachting harbour of Saint Quay Portrieux, the starting/arrival place of many transatlantic sailing races. I was visiting a friend who launched a successful business last year of ash dispersion at sea. There is a high demand for this type of service around here, but the offer is limited by the stringent regulations imposed by law on the service providers.
