This large boardwalk network has been built to make a secluded nature area accessible to wheelchairs. The width varies according to the trees density, but there are wider portions where the chairs can cross each other.
Wonderful. We were walking over the newish boardwalks yesterday at our local nature reserve, and commented that they allowed access to a particularly boggy side of the lake that would otherwise have been inaccessible. Stunning light!
