@shutterbug49 They have been eaten already. Young spring turnips are very tender and smoothly tasting, and full of nutrients. I boiled them to a point where they are still crisp, and then they get sauteed for a few minutes with boter, onions and garlic. The leaves get in the soup or they can be cooked with other greens.
