I just returned from a camping trip in the Aspen/Snowmass area of Colorado! Sorry for my lack of commenting, but I had no cell service or internet this past week! It was nice for once being a little disconnected from technology and just soaking up the surrounding nature! Sure have missed all of you though and look forward to catching up!
This shot was taken at Maroon Bells wilderness area. I lucked out getting a few reflection shots in the morning just before the winds picked up and the lake was choppy! One of my favorite places!!

Definitely worth wading in to cool off the feet though! I had my Keens on and just walked in a ways to see how cold it was and couldn't imagine going swimming! So gorgeous Wendy. I love that area too as I spent a winter in Aspen, but we never got to see it in summer. I'm still hoping we'll get down there for a visit sometime.

Oh Holy Guacamole!! That is one of the absolutest most beautifulist reflections I've ever seen. The water looks like a mirror. It's almost too much beauty for my mind to comprehend.
