My husband and I took a short car trip around the shoreline to see the storm damage and ended up at the community gardens at Bauer Farm Park. Many of the sunflowers were down on the ground, but the birds, bees and butterflies were all active. This song sparrow (correct ID, Brian?) was quietly surveying his kingdom.
