This beetle looks done in after too much time inside this lily. Shot this evening at our favorite little riverside park- Olmstead Outlook.

We have those beetles, too, but I'm not sure what they are. Terrific color in that flower!

Lovely shot. Everytime I see one of those beetles they look just like that. That pollen must be some good stuff. lol
