This barn sits on the corner of our street and Rte.1, which is zoned commercial. They plant the field in front of the barn and bale the hay. Occasionally we will see a plein air painter sitting and painting this scene. We are grateful that the family has kept the property and the barn all these years.
That barn is so well kept - sits beautifully against the snow and blue skies. You'd never know there was commercial anywhere around. They need a copy of this beautiful shot.
