In the Garden

My friend, Joanne, is such a good gardener. These luscious tomatoes were begging to be photographed.

These tomatoes are called "coro di bue" or "ox heart" in Italy...very fleshy and probably the best tomato to use as the base of a red pasta sauce or for a pizza base sauce. It makes my mouth water!
