These beech trees keep their dried leaves for much of the winter season, perfect for photographing on a day like today. The clouds moved out late afternoon leaving a beautiful blue sky. SOOC.
Didn't realize they kept their leaves (like my oak tree - it will still have its old leaves when the new ones start on!) Love the light through these and the color contrast with the blue is beautiful.
