Orange #2 by falcon11

Orange #2

With Halloween approaching it seems only fitting that both of today's photos are orange. This butterfly is actually called a Red Admiral, and it made a brief stop at Olmsted Outlook, one of my favorite parks in town, which is maintained by the Guilford Land Trust. An orange cosmos in extras: http://365project.org/falcon11/365

Beautifully clear - and perfect for the season. Saw a few earlier, but none in the past month.

A beauty! I'd never noticed striped antennae on butterflies like this one until I started this project. Lovely detail.
