Baby succulent that refused to grow in the pot but on a stem that grows little orange flowers from time to time.

@photohoot i can't seem to find a photo of mine from a previous bloom and incase i forget to catch a photo of it when it grows another stem to bloom. @fallenrosepetals Oh. Thank you for doing that. I have them growing in my yard. Mine never look like flowers. They look more like a miniature abundance of bananas. I'll need to get a closer look when they bloom again. Thanks again.
