Excellent capture in that low light. I see ice in the foreground but is the whole river frozen ??

@tonydebont thanks. The composition isn't exactly what I wanted but had to crop it to get the reflection of the inside train lights on the window out of the picture. And different parts of the river are frozen over more than others. There was an area right by The Bronx that had chunks of ice...couldn't see water.
