Waiting for warmer weather...

An edit of a pic I took on 9/6/09 for my first 365 project. The original was processed differently. I remember taking this - I had just gotten the DSLR I still use today. I was at my in-laws house.

Right now...the man next to me on my train stinks of something awful... It's his cologne. This is the second day in a row he has sat next to me. 😠

It's gonna be a long ride into Manhattan....

Happy humpin' hump day.
Beautiful. Fav !!

Oh this is cool. Love the lines, processing and tones. Very warm (even though made to look that way). Love how you can do that in processing.

@jmrittle thanks for the fav, Marc :)

@peter_1966 ahhh can't wait until the weekend!

@amandal thanks, Amanda! it's cool what processing can do, isn't it? I wanted to make it look warm because it really was quite warm that day, I remember. My original pic, the sky a very bright blue and the sun was really brilliant but it didn't convey the hot weather. When I posted it to my first 365 project in 2009 on my Flickr, I did it in sepia and then over saturated it to really give it more warmth. I think this edit gives it a little something different.

Tom
very nice processing Ms. T and I know what you mean about the cologne eeks. When women put on too much perfume I feel the same way. Sometimes people forget it is the hint the suggestion not the manure patch that allures.
