all i wanted this weekend was to feel my sneakers against the pavement...the sun against my skin... and to take pictures.
Yes and yes so run, run, run, life is mystery and the sneakers on the pavement works wonders with the pondering questions! No question, no confusion, no clarity just emptiness and joy! I really like the simplicity of this b & w study of sneakers and pavement
@tosee so the answer to the question is yes... I am comforted by that, actually. Something relatable. Thanks for the comment on the pic too, Tom. I had a different shot of this where everything was clear and in focus. This one wasn't what I planned but I ended up liking it a lot more. Funny how that happens, eh?
Love the capture and the short journey through your thought process. Not able to offer any suggested answers to your questions. As I age I find it difficult to judge my feelings about words like love and fun. In some ways they imply an intensity that I no longer feel. Love = admire, desire. Fun = enjoy, amused.
So now you are not the only one that doesn't make sense 8-)
@tonydebont I actually really love your comment. Has given me a lot to think about. Wish I could respond profoundly to your thoughts about words like love and fun and an intensity you no longer feel. So I'm just gonna let my mind marinate in those thoughts a little longer.
@snaphappy1 oh shut up! Your waistline is fine. Btw...been doing a workout that's been kicking my butt. Literally. EXHALE HARD. lol. If I don't get the ass I have always dreamed of by the summer...I don't know what will do it. Also I can't eat cake or drink alcohol or anything salty...or anything that tastes good but is bad for you. Pancetta, why you feel so good in muh mouf. Lol. Sucks big time.
