Spectacled Owl!

Went to Wye Marsh today and they have some birds of prey kept in captivity! I was surprised this one turned out as good as it did as I was shooting through a chain link fence. I thought that he/she was one of the cutest owls I have ever seen. I would love to take it's picture out in the wild!! Best viewed on Black!
