Cat's-ear Plant!

I didn't know the name of this plant but it resembles a dandelion! Googled helped me identify it! It's cool looking like a dandelion with all it's little seeds ready to fly away!

Determination of these composites family is very difficult. There are many species that look very similar. But it's the picture that counts here.
