If you followed 'five plus two' you might wonder where our posts are for this week.
The sad truth is - many things happened in the past few days, two members were forced to leave the group, other members decided to leave 5+2 as well. Jesse @luvthyclassics and myself @mbrunner are the lonely 'survivors' as it seems.
When I accepted the offer to join 5+2 I was not aware of what happened before and certainly didn't expect to be in the position I am now. kind of left with the burden to decide if 5+2 will continue or not. not the best feeling to be honest.
I don't want to be the bad guy who pulls the plug. Before I give up I will try hard to reanimate that patient in intensive care station. Trying to find and motivate new members to bring back life to a fascinating project.
There will be no photos posted in the coming days though.

Sorry to hear what's been going down. What a bummer. I hated to hear that people were forced to quit and sad that people are now jumping ship. Hope you get things sorted. I've enjoyed following you all and being a part of the challenges.
I have no idea what happened but sad to hear there have been problems. It is an interesting concept and great to see 7 different view points and creativity.
Good luck with getting new faces on this project, it has been a blast & very inspiring to follow 5+2. I really didn't know how to feel about what had happened whether to still follow or not. I felt sorry for both those who got kicked & the others that stayed. It is all about the art of self portraits in the end & was not designed to pressure individual's values. I am glad there is still a little glimmer of hope to keep this project going, definitely will be staying tuned
Kind of a poisoned chalice for you Martin and Jesse, I feel for you, the whole shebang kind of took the wind out of it for us all which is a pity because it was a real fine concept and challenge every week, which all who took part enjoyed. If it can be saved I will love to participate in the weekly challenges, but not sure I have the stomach for putting myself into the 5+2 proper at this stage.
Not knowing the detail of what happened but I really enjoyed the creativity of all who showed their talents - hope it continues to inspire and showcase such talent in the future

You both have my admiration for trying to stick it out. 5+2 was a fantastic concept. I enjoyed the creativity very much. i do hope you can continue but enjoy what you are doing without being dragged down by drama.

Along with several other people above I was very disappointed with what went on in recent weeks and unfollowed Five plus Two as my form of protest about the way Jason and Emily were treated. Great to see the group reformed - you have a new follower. @houdiniem@bobfoto
