The setting of the sun each night
Begins the struggle 'twixt dark and light;
She who fades and falls to sleep
So yearns to be reborn as she
Who sees the world through open eyes,
Whose heart soars, whose spirit flies.
And so she hovers in between
The silent dark and the world of dreams,
Waiting ever impatiently
To discover tomorrow who she shall be.
