I'm still lacking in inspiration but I think this is due to the fact that I'm slowly dying from Man Flu...so, with that in mind, here are some tissues "gathered in to a mass, clustered" (Conglomerate) and "a collected heterogenous mass or cluster" (Conglomerate) of germs for your consideration.
Now if you'll excuse me I need to go and feel sorry myself. Alternatively I could just suck it up and move on, but where would the fun be in doing that?
