Daffodils

Grey and dismal at both ends of the day for me with only time for a quick look in the garden. These daffodils, and the other clumps, are so bright that they can't help but make me smile.

They are lovely and cheerful Ann. It is all wrong that they should be in flower now, what is spring going to be like if all the spring flowers are flowering now?

@shirleybankfarm Going to have to start deadheading this weekend - some have been out since the beginning of December. Think spring will be quite dull without daffodils!

Lovely capture. I noticed a few daffodils in flower alongside the roadside today but was unable to stop...... bendy country road with quite a lot of traffic !

Ee have budding daffs in the roadside verges - in January! How dafft....

Daffodils in January = crazy! But they are lovely.

beautiful but what are we going to do in spring. Lots around here have been out since early December. The blossom on some of the fruit trees is worrying as well!
