Happened to look in a grassy area of the yard and what I thought was a brown log caught my eye. Then I could see it breathing and those big brown eyes. This leveret is so young, it could fit into my hands and doesn't seem to be fully covered in fur. Hope Mama hare isn't too far away and it survives to visit again (there were two or three here last year).
