30 Days Wild - Day 8 by flowerfairyann

30 Days Wild - Day 8

I've had a lot of wild time today with Forest School at work where the children found stag beetles and a frog, along with the usual slugs, snails, worms, woodlice and centipedes. After work I walked in the Forest of Dean for another hour and saw foxgloves, although not as many as in previous years. It was a good end to my working week.
A really good foxglove shot. Fav!

Lovely composition. You're so lucky having that forest on your doorstep.

Good to get out of the classroom on a day like today, sounds like a great day for 30-days wild. The foxglove is lovely, showing off those speckled inners so well.

These foxglove really made a lovely shot - great details on their insides - and like the purple and greens together.

I have lovely childhood memories of foxgloves. We don't get them here in Australia.
