30 Days Wild - Day 26 by flowerfairyann

30 Days Wild - Day 26

Unfortunately I couldn't get into the field where the hay baling was happening so have had to settle for this peep through. There was a haze from the dust rising and the light was quite pretty. I did smell the hay grass in another field - lovely.

I saw two hares this morning and a fox (on my way home) crossed in front of my car. Sitting here now I can hear the screech owls in the field and blackbird getting ready for bed. Oh, and the wren photographed the other day has 3 young who are often in the yard, calling for food. They are very cute but demanding! The swallows have flown.
Sounds a lovely evening to hear all the sounds and this peek into a field looks warm!

Oh Anne, you've painted such a beautiful picture! We're ticking the days off until we come. Not long now..... then you have to share your lovely countryside!

A lovely 30 days wild post! I've enjoyed the scent of freshly cut grass today too.

@janemartin Thank You Jane. So looking forward to meeting you in the flesh at Pete and Mrs Day's for coffee and cake. We will have to abandon our diets that day I think.
