@peadar used to post fantastic food photos and I was usually dribbling just looking at them. His most recent recipes were from Palestine so I had to get the book. This was lunch today - chicken with sumac and red onions on a giant naan, tabbouleh and seared halloumi with orange, dates and pomegranate. I'm definitely not a food photographer but my goodness, even if I say so myself, it was delicious. If you're looking in Peter, thank you.

@flowerfairyann just wondered if it was Phobe Rison who wrote 'the Olive Tree Kitchen' I have seen her cookery demonstrations. Yes, I have been three times to Palestine and enjoyed their cuisine immensely. I hope you enjoy more from the book.
