These calves had their first taste of the outside yesterday. They've certainly experienced some weather today as Storm Francis has hit with a bang. Horrible, horrible day.
brave of you to get out. We have kept the doors firmly shut whilst watching the weather get quite angry. I often wonder what animals feel about the weather.
They don't seem very bothered. My horse lives outside all year round. They have a barn where they can seek cover and that only happens when they need shadow or shelter from the bugs. Never inside in storm, rain or snow.
