Friday's Drink

Every Friday my bud Jenn and I walk two miles to get a rice bowl and a Limonata. Being it is Friday, I had a Limonata in Jenn's honor. Hope you had a Great Friday Jenn!

@flygirl Joan Armatrading is a singer-songwriter with a blues/rock type sound. She's in a class all by herself! She's British and was on the cusp of success in the 1980s.

She had a song called "Cool Blue Stole My Heart" which has a line about stopping at a bar for an ice which reminded me of a lemonada I got at a bar in Spain. Mmmmmmm. Hence, the reason your Limonata reminded me of her!

@dreamer Okay so today at lunch I went to Boo Boo Records and purchased a CD. A Joan Armstrong CD. I really like it. I can't wait to load it up on my Ipod. I listened to it through my computer at work. Should sound even better on my Ipod. Thanks for the tip.
