Bee or Fly

This weekend is the Via Dei Colori Festival in San Luis Obispo. We went today to catch the start of the artist working on their master pieces. I thought this one was a bee at first, but then thought, no it's a fly.

this chalk art always fascinates me. how one can work on such a large scale and on the ground and have it come out looking perfect is beyond me! fun festival!
