@gigiflower Thanks Sam. It's the Sigma 150- 500mm. It's heavy but I love it for bird shots

@terryliv Thank you. I use a monopod to support the lens while chasing birds. I find it's easier to manage than a tripod and gives the stability I need with the heavy lens
