This young Black-breasted buzzard was in the free flight show at the Bush Park in Alice Springs. She is demonstrating how she uses a rock to break an emu egg. She was very persistent and eventually broke through to get her food (not a real emu egg - they make a similar shape with her food inside which is harder than a real egg). This is a behaviour these birds are born knowing.
