Three good things:
1) When you don't do something you can be also happy - I didn't go to chemistry this morning and it was great :)
2) Another point of view "This weather is terrible" "Why? It is sunny and warm outside" "Yes, but it is November. It should be foggy and cold"
3) I came to traffic light and it was immeadietly green - so I could walk :)
