Close Up of Ely Cathedral: the Ship of the Fens.

My favourite cathedral in England. From the distance it looks absolutely breathtaking. Writer, Simon Jenkins, considers it to be one of the top 7 cathedrals, along with Wells, Winchester, Canterbury, Durham, Lincoln and Westminster Abbey in England. I couldn't agree more.
