We visited Peterborough on Saturday from Ely by train. The two cathedrals are a mere 35 minutes apart. The top photo shows the stunning western front of Peterborough Cathedral and the bottom shows Ely as the train rolls into the station. We’re lucky in East Anglia as Norwich Cathedral is only an hour away to the north east.
Two lovely images. I do like cathedrals, you are lucky having three close by. We have Hereford which is beautiful, interesting and has lots of history.
