@randystreat It is a strange buiding, Kathy. Actually, the inside of the building is empty. hahahaha. In the International Exhibition there was a huge sculpture (a drop of water) and there was a ramp to go up and see the sculpture from different points of view. There was a restaurant on the top. There is a project to build offices inside the tower.
