Mr Pig here. So far so good with Mrs. Snowman as a babysitter. The squealers are even eating vegetables under her no-nonsense care. I don't know how she does it since she laughs almost continually. But she's got them under her thumb. Crystal and I decided to leave the squealers with her this evening, so we could go out. This is as far as we got. Miss F. was working a puzzle to celebrate the end of exam reading. We stopped by to check out her puzzle and found ourselves still there three hours later! You can see that we made quite a bit of progress -- hope she doesn't mind.. You may not be able to see Crystal very well, though. In her worn-out state, she is quite pale. I guess we are both worn out and a bit frazzled. Before the squealers, we would never have just stayed in. And we probably would not have had an enormous argument over whether it was acceptable to took at the picture on the box while trying to solve the puzzle, though now that I'm thinking about it, the argument was rather fun.
Glad you had some “Us” time, Mr. Pig. Mrs. Snowman sounds like she is an ideal babysitter. I would’d Think Miss F minded having you help with the puzzle. That type of thing can be even more fun with friends than alone.
PS you might suggest to Miss F and Crystal that they collaborate on some refraction shots. I think they could produce some stunning results, unless Crystal would feel self-conscious and shy.

I think I'll ask a pig to join me in my next jigsaw quest!
