Ecclesiastes 4:4
I don't know if I agree with that quote much but I sure like the processing of the photo you put it on!

I’m with Wendy. I don’t really agree with that quote, but I do love the processing. It looks like a tapestry.

Hi Francoise! Thank you for your challenge. My challenge for you is this: Read this quote and then take a picture to illustrate it:
“I really believe there are things nobody would see if I didn’t photograph them.”

While I don't agree with the quote - there are times when envy plays a role in pushing us to try harder. Just not always ... we push for greater achievements for lots of reasons .. and sometimes just plain old pride of doing a good job is one of them!

I like the image but not sure that I agree with the quote... in fact, I am sure!

I too find the words confusing. But far more importantly - I love the processing you have done and the effect it has had on the sky in this scene.

Hmmm, really? not sure I agree with the quote, like others here, but it makes me stop and think about it.

@farmreporter @vignouse @helenhall @lynnz biblical, for what it's worth (Ecclesiastes)

Ditto what others have said. Beautiful image, but, biblical quote notwithstanding, I do believe that many accomplishments are the result of other impulses such as a desire to challenge oneself, intellectual curiosity, or the desire to help others. The quote did make me stop and think, though.

@francoise I should have realised, although there is much in that book that remains a mystery to me.
