Took this a couple days ago, and kept thinking there was something there; finally decided that it looked better in black and white, which seemed to mute the shine off the leaves on the forest floor. It was also rather tricky to get an angle that showed the entire fallen tree.
I almost called this one "squid friend", since this is in fact a squidish creature swimming away
