Today is the last of the people month. I do know that I've gotten quite a bit bolder about just lifting up the camera and snapping a picture... Right in someone's face!
I have not been commenting much, just clicking favs during some haphazard viewing sessions. Thanks to those continuing to view my pictures while I'm semi-away. I've also spent the month somewhat away from the computer. Well, that does not count work. But there has to be a balance.
Last night Terry and I went to drop in on Kasey for her birthday. As it turned out, it wasn't her birthday and she wasn't even in! So no cake for us. But Maia was in. She was walking the dogs when we arrived. Here is Terry standing on the hill watching her and the dogs make their way towards us across the lower field. We then had some coffee and Terry entertained us with excruciatingly funny impressions of all his high school teachers. None of which evoked any sort of nostalgia for high school.
I think that next month I won't set a theme or try to do a "diary". I'll just carry my camera around and see what strikes my fancy. Maybe I'll even finish up the remaining July project stuff...
I loved your people month, and I'm tempted to try it for my projects album myself. I almost never shoot pictures of street scenes or strangers because I'm practically terrified. It would be good to work through that a bit.
