So happy because, while rummaging through kitchen drawer this morning for the kitchen thingie theme that Vikki and Bill and playing with this week, I found the little baby whisk that has been missing forever. I had missed it!
Then I listened to the phone message. My own child had missed his train, so Lucy and I got in the car, drove to Pittsburgh and fetched my baby home for Thanksgiving. It was a lovely drive, but didn't get home until 6 pm. then to Maia's to wish her happy birthday. then to the kitchen to fix dinner. then (now) to the couch to post a picture... and the day is pretty much over. But tomorrow is another day.
