Something Green

fore get-pushed challenge to photograph extremities. Though it does have a hand and it does have me in one of my favorite places, I do not think that this picture meets the full charge yet from Rachel @Roseolivia: "Capture the extremities: Speaking of the hands, how about making them the focus of the self portrait? Hands can reveal something about age and experience and could also be shown holding (or reaching for) something of personal value. Alternatively, can you photograph your feet? Do your shoes or your toes tell the viewer something about you? Does the ground you stand (or items on the floor) on signify something about your environment?" Still working on a more revealing picture.
@roseolivia The quest to signify something surely is a challenge! Just a plain old hand ... so that it looks natural ... is hard enough. Will post another one this evening.

@joansmor having a hard time remembering? The laurel stays green all winter. It was extremely dense in this area...will be going back there come spring to see it in bloom.
