Dahlia Head Pompoms at Anglesey Abbey

The dahlias are still out for another week at Anglesey Abbey (National Trust). They dig them up Oct 4th. Dahlia heads are used for decorations, in this case pompoms in some of the trees. We visit the gardens here many times in the year and there is always something to see.
An interesting way to display dahlias. I remember them from last year. I always enjoy your photos of Anglesey Abbey.
