Our village co-op food store

We are lucky as there are 2 co-op shops in the village. This one is at the village petrol station. It is about an 8 minutes walk from home and useful for the things you forget when going to the larger stores. Prices are not bad either. Selection is pretty good. You could manage not using the car and shopping here instead of at Waitrose or Tesco if you had to. I just popped down for lardons, mushrooms and ham. At the moment diesel is 110.9p a litre here. It is 2p a litre cheaper in Newmarket.
We are very fortunate live at a spot in the village which is 5 to 10 minutes from the dentist, surgery, Coop, bank, library and Post Office. Very handy!
